This is known locally as "Delicious Alley." All the restaurants are here and in an alley just to the left of the guy carrying the red bag. Again, it's early morning, so aside from some vendors of steamed buns (breakfast food), things are shuttered. Normally, this is all tables and flamingo-pink plastic chairs. At the end of this lane is the river; there's a small open-air restaurant on the far bank that we plan to go to this semester. Beyond that is the jungle. I ain't kidding.
